Outback-Style Steaks

Outback-Style Steaks

4 top sirloin steaks or rib eyes
8 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Mix together the seasonings and rub all over the steaks until they
are all coated on all sides. Grill steaks or pan fry them over
medium-high heat. Press down with a spatula to sear the edges. Cook
until desired doneness.
