Apple Tart Bread

Dough
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 granny smith apples, peeled, cord and sliced thin

Icing Drizzle:
1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon orange juice

Prep all your ingredients ahead to make sure you have everything you need. Grease an 11 inch tart pan with shortening. Turn on your oven to 350F. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon into a small bowl. In a large bowl combine the eggs and sugar. Using a mixer mix on high speed for three minutes. The mixture will become thick, white and satiny. Add in the slightly warm melted butter and vanilla. Mix till well blended. Add in the sliced apples and stir till the apples are coated. Add in the sifted dry ingredients and mix till the flour is incorporated. Pour into the prepared tart pan and place into the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Once cooled prepare the icing and sprinkle on top. After cooled mix the icing ingredients and dizzle on top.
